Switch sites!

Several adoptive parents have recently been so kind to inform us that there is a frustrating website blocking problem in China that will most likely prevent us from posting on www.blogspot.com. "The Great Firewall of China" has prompted us to switch our Blog to a new site: www.babyjellybeans.com . On the home page enter Anna and Schweppe for first and last name and use "annaschweppe" for the password. We have loved reading your comments and look forward to being able to communicate with you with the help of this site while we are away. We fly in three days!!!! We meet Anna in one week!!!! Hooray!!!!

This morning I woke up to Daniel jumping up on our bed exclaiming, "Guess what!!! You and Daddy fly to China in SIX days!" We will miss him terribly but know he will be in excellent hands with Meme, Tootie, Big John, Aunt Becca, Uncle David, and his sweet cousins. He is cracking us up preparing for Anna's arrival. . .practicing bottle feeding his animals, tucking them in the bassinet for naps, carrying them around in our baby backpack, ...he even has a diaper bag stocked! A Week Away From Departure

At last, we are a week away from leaving for China to bring Anna home. After our initial referral delay, a dear friend encouraged us by saying, "A few additional days or weeks will be nothing compared to the lifetime of joy that begins at the end of the wait." (Little did we know, that wait would last almost three years!) As we wrap up this leg of the journey and begin this new chapter as a family of four, we have so very much to celebrate- most especially each other, our sweet Daniel, and our extraordinarily supportive family members and friends! We can't wait to get our arms around our precious answered prayer.
